How to Cook
Try Our Jalapeño Shrimp with Pineapple Salsa!
Ingredients:

1cup 4Sisters jasmine rice, cooked

1lb. boiled, peeled shrimp

2tbsp. olive oil, divided

2tbsp. minced garlic, divided

1tsp. soy sauce
-
1tsp. chili powder
-
1tsp. honey
-
2 fresh jalapeños, seeded & minced, divided

1 can black beans, drained
-
1tbsp. cumin
-
1 20oz, can of diced pineapple, drained

1/2 red onion, chopped
-
2tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions:

In a large bowl, mix shrimp, olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, chili powder & honey. Set aside

Heat olive oil over medium high heat, adding in japaeño & garlic. Let sauté for a few minutes until jalapeño is tender.

Once tender, stir in black beans, & season mixture with cumin. Cook until warm.

In a large bowl mix jalapeño, pineapple, red onion, & fresh cilantro.

To serve, add jasmine rice to bowl & top with black bean mixture, pineapple relish, & shrimp.
